July 31st: 10:45 am - Sai Baba came for visit this morning at 8:15 am.

Today morning at 8:15 am Swami came for a visit outside mandir Swami's car went quite fast while going. But when coming back at 8:45 am it was slower giving us all a good darshan and a chance to shoot the video. Yesterday evening people lined up beside the streets there was a talk about Swami coming out but Swami didn't come Swami went from inside.

Yesterday evening there was musical program in Mandir before the bhajans.

July 29th: 11:30 am - New pictures added to the Sai Baba Everywhere section.

Here in Puttaparthi its peaceful and silent as it usual is. The weather is struggling to decide what it wants to do, some time it rains sometimes its very hot. Some times its pleasant and breezy. For the next two week there are no big programs atleast that we know of so you can have good darshan if you come now once august 9th comes it will be busy in Puttaparthi with the Athi Rudra Maha Yagnam.

July 27th: 6:30 pm - Musical program in Puttaparthi in the presence of Sai Baba.

There was a Musical program today evening in mandir. They performed many songs one of them was "Payo Ji Maina Ram Rathan Man Payo". There were no bhajans the program ended whith the event.

July 27th: 11:30 pm - Official annoncement of the Athi Rudra Maha Yagnam in Puttaparthi.

There is an official annoncement of the Athi Rudra Maha Yagnam in Puttaparthi on August 9th and which will continue till August 20th. The program will start with the inaguration of the event by Sathya Sai Baba on August 9th and will continue till August 20th and end with the Maha Poornahuti and Maha Kumbhabhishekam by Bhagawan’s Divine Blessings.

July 25th: 10:00 am - Sai Baba came for visit this morning and we all got a good darshan.

Today morning at 7:15 am Swami came for a visit outside mandir and we got very good darshan even though the car went quite fast. Then we waited for half hour or so and Swami returned once again giving good darshan. There were quite a few people waiting outside mandir along the side of the road. People are usually so busy and get so agitated when some delays happen, so its kind of strange to see them wait hours for just a glimpse of our Divine lord Sathya Sai Baba. I think Swami wants to teach us something through this.

July 24th: 9:30 am - Swami came for visit this evening.

Around 4:00 pm this evening people quickly gathered on the side off the road. Before we could get a good look Sai Baba's car passed us by very quickly not giving us enough time to get the camera out. But i got a good darshan because i had no camera in my hand and, i was seeing Swami directly and not from the camera. But when coming which was 10 minutes after that we had our camera ready and got a video for you. When coming more people were along the side of road because it was in between darhsan and bhajans. This bhajans have just started as i am updating this.

July 23rd: 7:00 pm - Cutural programs by the devotees from Karanatak in Puttaparthi

Today evening in the presense of Sathya Sai Baba the devotees from Karnataka performed music and dance program. It really was nice, hopefully we will get pictures of it. They even haded out a phamplet of bhajans they sang and performed. The program ended ending the events for the day. So there was no bhajan this evening.

July 22nd: 9:30 am - If you were in Puttaparthi you could not have got a better darshan .

There is a Yagna callled Rudra Yagna which is going to start on August 9th in Puttaparthi. The Ati Rudra Mahayagnam involves performing of 11 rounds each of Rudra Homams daily by 121 priests. Thus daily 1331 Rudrahomams will be performed. During a period of 11 days a total of 14,641 Rudra Homams will be performed by the 121 Ritwiks(priests). There are a number of Poorvanga(Preliminary) rituals associated with the Homam. Vasoddhara Homam performed at the end of Rudra Homam is worth witnessing when we can pray to Lord Rudra for grant of all our Material and Spirtual desires, requirements and wants. Such a Homam have been performed in the past for LOKAKALYANAM(Welfare of General Public) either at temples or other suitable venues in the prescence of Sanyasis or Holy persons like the Kanchi or Sringeri Sankaracharyas etc. It is, no doubt, unique in the sense that it is going to take place in the prescence of Bhagawan Baba. This is not confirmed but there is a lot of talk in Puttaparthi about a yagnam that is going to happen on august 9th.

July 22nd: 9:30 am - If you were in Puttaparthi you could not have got a better darshan .

Even if you were in Puttaparthi you could not have got a better darshan because Sathya Sai Baba didn't come for the morning darshan and came for a visit outside mandir after just sitting for one bhajan at 9:30 am on July 22nd. So most of the devotees were in the bhajans. So you get the better darshan than them atleast for today. And we are more than happy to bring it to you.

While Swami was coming back to mandir, we were taking pictures and right before where we were taking pictures Swami gave blessing with Abhaya Hastam (Divine Hand). You can see that in the picture on the right. Why didn't i shoot the second video rather than taking pictures while coming. You can't have everything can you....

July 20th: 7:15 pm - Sai Baba going back to mandir after a visit on July 20th.

Today afternoon at around 2:30 pm Swami came for a visit outside mandir. And returned back at around 2:45 pm. We have a video of it for you. Expect to see many more videos in coming months because Sai Baba will be going regularly to inspect the construction at the indoor stadium giving us more good darshans.

Today evening there was a muscial program by the devotees from Japan. They sang songs and bhajans. There were no regular bhajans this evening. The program ended the proceedings for the evening.

July 19th: 12:00 pm - Garland offered by a devotee turns into OM on Sai Baba's Car

A devotees pointed to us about the video we posted on July 17th in which Garland offered by a devotee turns into OM Symbol on Sathya Sai Baba's Car. If you look closely you can see a garland offered by a devotee after falling on Swami's car turn into Om symbol. Now I recall people saying ahhh when the garland fell on Swami's car because usually they slide off Swami's car but this one sat in the middle of the wind sheild. It really was a pleasant surprise. July 18th: 6:00 pm - The plan for the indoor stadium.

This is the plan for the new indoor stadium which is being built in Puttaparthi near Gokulam. The work is going on pretty well on the stadium.

Today there was a muscial program in mandir this evening. The sitar performance was really nice. Swami gave darshan for quite a long time today making many devotees happy.

July 17th: 5:00 pm - Swami coming from a visit outside mandir in Puttaparthi on July 17th.

Swami came for a visit outside mandir at 3:15 pm and returned back to mandir at 3:30 pm. There is a IT conference going on in the Sri Sathya Sai Higher Learning, we assume Swami went there. While going the car went very fast but while coming it came normally giving all of us a good darhsan and giving me a chance to take a photo and shoot video.

July 15th: 5:30 pm - Sai Baba came for a visit outside mandir during program.

This last week has been pretty hectic in one way or other. There are programs everyday, today too there was a cutural program going on when Swami came outside mandir for a visit and we were ready in time to bring you this video. Even though the program was going on there were quite a few people outside waiting for Sai Baba's darhsan. Swami returned back to mandir after 30 minutes giving good darshan to the devotees once again.

July 14th: 6:00 pm - One place for all the Organisation address

Today we got a mail from a devotee asking for the address or contact information about the sai organization in Kolkata (Formerly Calcutta). We looked everywhere and we could not find it so we are asking you. Devotees who come to this site give us the address of your organizations, so that others in your area can also come and join in the programs there. We will be putting in a list of all the organization address once we get enough of them. So start sending your organization address by going to the contact section. And especially if someone in Kolkata is reading this please help us in getting the sai organization there.

July 13th: 7:45 pm - Drama by the devotees from Canada

Today evening there was drama by the devotees from Canada. The name of the drama was "Power of One". It was a brilliant performance by the devotees. Hopefully we will get some picture of the event. Soon after bhajans started and after aarati prasadam was distributed. It's raining again in Puttaparthi this evening.

July 13th: 12:45 pm - Photos from the orchestra perform in Puttaparthi

July 13th: 10:15 am - Sai Gheeta (Sai Baba's Elephant)gets a new home.

We got the picture a few days back but we saved it for a slow news day. So here it goes. See the picture on the right that's the new home for Sai Gheeta. It's being constructed near the indoor stadium. It's not yet ready but the construction has began. So finally Sai Gheeta get what it deserves a beautiful place to stay. There is a drama planned for today devotees from Canada will be performing this evening.

July 12th: 6:45 pm - Day after Guru Poornima.

Today the weather was cloudy all day long. Most of the shops out side mandir were closed from morning due to a strike for some political reason but they are open now. But in mandir it was peaceful and divine as usual. That is the best thing about Puttaparthi isn't it not no matter what happens in the world, in Puttaparthi and in Mandir its Peaceful and Divine always. Hoping with Sathya Sai Baba's grace it will like that forever.

There was a Drama performed today in Puttaparthi in the evening, and prasadam was also distributed. I don't know how many know about the Mumbai train blasts, lets all pray for the peace and well being of the people affected by that and peace in general.

July 11th: 5:40 pm - Evening program on Guru Poornima in Puttaparthi.

This evenings program started at around 2:30 pm. Devotees from overseas performed as an orchestra both male and female devotees took part. They performed really beautifully. After their performance Swami went to them and gave them vibhuthi and talked to them for a while and even gave some of them pada namaskar ( Chance to pray to the divine's feet ). Then Swami went into the bhajan hall and after that the bhajans started and the whole program finished with Aarathi. Prasadam was distributed to all devotees. By the end of the event it started raining so it was a bit hard to leave the Kulwant hall.

July 11th: 11:00 am - Its Guru Poornima in Puttaparthi.

We forgot to mention one more thing that happened this morning. Swami provided people with walking disability with wheel chair that can be driven by themselves making them much more independent. We are not sure about the numbers but there were quite a few. The picture you see is one of the wheel chairs Sathya Sai Baba gave away this morning.

Today morning there was a muscial program where the students sung songs in Hindi and Telugu. The whole bhajan hall was filled with devotees even outside place was hard to find. After the program the bhajans started and prasadam was distributed after that. Sorry we don't have a box of prasadam to show you because we didn't get this time. This is the start of the festival season in Puttaparthi, by the look of this event, this year will be a busy year.

July 10th: 9:00 pm - More musical programs in Puttaparthi

There were more musical programs in Puttaparthi today evening. Tomorrow is Guru Poornima in Puttaparthi. There are many devotees here for the event. And today evening too the bhajans hall was very crowded. It will only get more crowded tomorrow.

July 10th: 11:00 am - There was a musical program yesterday evening in Puttaparthi.

Bhuddist monks performed a muscial or you could also say chanting. They chanted their mantra's. So it was like a buddhist temple here with the chanting going on. There was no bhajan just the chanting yesterday evening in Puttaparthi.

Today there was a musical program in the evening in mandir. The program started around 4:00 pm and ended with the bhajans just now at around 5:45 pm. We also have gotten the picture from yesterday's event of Ashadi Ekadashi. Most of the devotees from Maharashtra are leaving Puttaprathi.

July 7th: 8:00 pm - Ground breaking ceremony for the indoor stadium in Puttaparthi

Remember this morning we said that Swami went for a visit outside mandir. We didn't know where Swami went then but later we got the news that Swami went for the ground breaking ceremony for the indoor stadium near gokulam which will start the construction from today on. Recently the whole place was made ready so that the construction could begin. We have many photos of the event.

July 7th: 7:45 pm - Ashadi Ekadashi celebrations in Puttaparthi

In the evening there was a musical drama by the devotees from district of Buldana which is in Maharashtra. They performed the life story of Moses. Here are few words from the phamplets of the events,

"Moses is great example of the teachings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba where Man is exhorted to manifest Human Values in action and wear the jewel of character in day to day life."

This morning the programs for the Ashadi Ekadashi started in Puttaparthi. There were two dance programs by the devotees from Maharashtra and Goa. Then there was a drama about animal questioning why their name was were being used by humans to describe their bad qualities, for example "He is cunning like a fox" or "She smells like a pig" etc.. At the end of the drama there is a good message which is since humans still have some animal qualities in them they are using animals to blame them. So we should change those qualities and become humans. The drama ended and soon after that the aarathi began and prasadam was distributed. There are more programs in the evening at 4:00 pm.

Would it be a real Ashadi Ekadashi without seeing Swami, So we got a video of Swami coming from a visit outside mandir this morning at 10:15 am which was even a surprise for us.

July 6th: 6:25 pm - Its Ashadi Ekadashi in Puttaparthi.

Did we miss this or what, we had no idea of this event until this evening when the programs began. There were dance program by the devotees from Maharashtra and Goa. After which there was bhajan and aarathi. But it didn't end there the students from the sri sathya sai higher learning performed four dances. After which the bhajans started again and ended with the songs that you see written above. So there were two bhajans and two aarathi's this evening. The picture you see is of the prasadam which was distributed for the celebration of Ashadi Ekadashi. It does not end here either more program by the Maharashtra and Goa devotees were announced for tomorrow morning at 8:00 am.

July 1st: 4:30 pm - Sathya Sai Baba came for a visit outside today at 2:40 pm.

Swami came today afternoon at 2:40 pm came for a visit outside mandir and we got a good darshan, in the video it looks like Swami is looking at me or us. It was a nice feeling.
